This website is operated by Sthala Group, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. In these terms, we and us mean Sthala Group, and you means the person using the site.

What this website is, and what it is not

This site describes software and services we supply to real estate developers. It is informational.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell land, an offer of any real estate project, an invitation to book a plot, or a solicitation of any kind in relation to property.

We are not a real estate agent or broker. We do not hold a RERA agent registration, we do not deal in property, we are not a party to any sale between a developer and a buyer, and we take no commission on any sale.

No property or financial advice

Nothing on this site is advice about property or about money, and it should not be relied on as either. We make no statements about what any parcel of land will be worth at any future date, and nothing here should be read as one.

Any decision about buying land is between you, the developer, and your own professional advisers.

Accuracy of the content

We take care to keep this site correct and current, including the descriptions of regulatory obligations on the compliance page. Even so, the content is general, it can go out of date when the law changes, and it is not legal advice. Your own counsel should review your registrations, notices and contracts.
